T'choupi is a series of children books created by French artist Thierry Courtin and published by Nathan Editions. From the book series, children can identify with the actions of their heroes, recounted with humor and tenderness.
At the birth of his son in 1992, the designer Thierry Courtin created a young boy looking like a penguin named T'choupi.
From 1997, the adventures of T'choupi, stories of daily life began to appear in the form of books. Each title deals with a situation of daily life of T'choupi, his small pleasures and little misfortunes. Like any typical three-year-old, T'choupi is occasionally bossy and frequently starts arguments among his friends. He also tends to get upset, angry and jealous quickly and then regrets it later. Sometimes T'choupi lies and has a slightly disapproving character.
In 2005, there were 89 titles in the collection, which had generated sales of more than 6 million copies.
Now your child can join in T'choupi to discover himself and his surrounding world with enthusiasm and curiosity and share fun with his friends in Chinese! The book comes with simplified Chinese characters.
