Marsha and David McMIllan are your typical stressed out, married couple with a baby on the way, so they hired a Russian nanny to restore some sanity in their lives. She dressed a bit odd… leather, studs and stilettos, and seemed to have quite a few late night appointments, but hey, nannies are hard to find, so they looked the other way.... that is, until they got quite a different surprise.

《小旺密事》讲述了玛莎和大卫·麦克米伦就是人们不堪重压的典型，这对已婚夫妇准备要一个小宝宝，为了让混乱的生活走回正轨而聘请了一位奔放的乌克兰保姆及小宠物，她的衣着有点奇隆满身皮革、铆钉，看起来似乎还有相当多的午夜约会……不过他们对这个异国客人和宠物并不嫌弃，夫妇俩反而帮助她很多，然而这位保姆似乎并不满足，暗中在主人家里窝藏家乡来的大批亲戚，反客为主。直到他们度假回来后，发现一个意料之外的惊人事实……本片以喜剧的格调叙述，惹人啼笑皆非。
