Treasure Vat is a short and fun Chinese children's story with a touch of black humor. In this story, an old farmer found an old vat from his farmland. When he took that vat back, he found out the vat can multiply anything by ten-folds.
Soon, the local rich men and county magistrate heard this news and fought to acclaim this vat. Eventually, the county magistrate possessed it and brought it home. Out of curiosity, the county magistrate' dad peeked into the vat, and unfortunately, fell into the vat. You know, the county magistrate pulled out ten dads out of the vat.
The book comes with Chinese characters and the Pinyin (phonetic transcriptions), making it an excellent means of learning elementary Chinese.
