E-reading pen is a pen-shaped book reader onto which audio from specific books can be downloaded. It reads aloud coresponding Chinese and/or English words, phrases, paragraphs, or dialogues when scanned across compatible images or texts of paper books, a new technique of Point and Read.

1. What kind of warranty you offer for E-reading pen?
Your E-reading pen is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) month from the original purchase date, excluding the compatible books.
Should the product has a defect in materials or workmanship within one (1) month from the original purchase date, we will gladly replace it without charge to you (a shipping and processing fee may apply).
Should the product has a defect in materials on workmanship within three (3) months from the original purchase date, we will gladly repair it without charge to you (a shipping and processing fee may apply).
Should the product has a defect in materials on workmanship after three (3) months since the original purchase date, we will gladly repair it with a small fee (a shipping and processing fee may apply).
This warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident, vandalism, misuse, abuse, alteration or any use other than as intended and described in the User Manuel. Also, the warranty will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modification or repair of the product.
2. What can I do if I am not completely satisfied with the E-reading pen I receive?
If for any reason you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise in the original condition for a full refund or store credit, excluding shipping charges.
All returns are subject to approval by Best4future.com. We are not responsible for damaged merchandise due to wear and tear.
3. How do I return an E-reading pen?
No merchandise may be returned without obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To return an item, you must email us at info@best4future.com to obtain a RA#. Once you receive RA#, returns must be made within 15 days. All return packages must have the RA# clearly marked on the original invoice.
Certain restrictions apply:
* Shipping charges will not be refunded and the returning shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
* We are not responsible for returning package that is lost or damaged during shipping.
* We recommend insuring the package before sending for your personal tracking purposes.
